Curiosity is my strength. These days I’m exploring ceramics and teaching myself electronics, so I can design the circuits inside my products as well as their form. I truly believe that If I weren’t a designer, I’d be an astrophysicist.

I love painting, and I enjoy learning and writing about art history. I spent a summer in Rome studying art and architecture, and I want my work to live at the intersection of design and art.

Outside the studio, I’m just as happy hiking in nature as I am exploring a busy city. Four Rochester winters turned me into a skier, and I also love badminton, cycling, and volunteering with kids in India. Ask me about my River Monsters addiction!
